Working in a hospital can be hard on your knees, lower back and feet, so I decided to get something supportive. I read all about these Skechers Shape Ups/Tone Ups and decided to give them a try. I oped for the Tone Ups because they had a more traditional sneaker look to them as opposed to the Shape Ups weird wedge thing. I was skeptical at first as to the effects of these shoes but after a week, I'm sold! I can truly feel the difference on my feet, no more painful heels, and my glutes and legs were burning as if I'd been working out. The best thing about these is the fact they eliminated all my back, heel and knee discomfort from standing and walking all day.
