About a year ago I was having pain in my feet when I would wake up and take a step. I had pain in my big toe that would move to my arch. I wore lots of flip flops and flat shoes. I found out I had Plantar Fasciitis. I got rid of most of my shoes. And I started excersizing in a cheaper pair of New balance shoes. I still had a lot of the problems. It improved a little because I was stretching a lot, before waking up and excersizing. I got insoles for my other shoes and figured this is the best I could hope for. Then I went to a running store and they told me a needed a shoe with STABILITY! They recommended this shoe. The guy told me it was the cadilac of shoes. I laughed, not thinking a shoe could do all that much, but after a year I am a total believer! I have had little to no pain in my feet and have run a dozen 5K's, play basketball and do Kickboxing in the mornings. I love these... Read more |
