I mildly supinate/ under pronate. I use these shoes as my racing flats for Half Ironman distance races. They are extremely light and airy. You can feel the wind on your toes if you go sockless or wear very thin socks. The velcro strap works very well, allowing for quick entry to the shoe while not being overly restrictive. I have a very low volume foot, and these are JUST snug enough for me, so definitely try them out before buying.I have logged 50 miles in these shoes, consisting of a few break in runs and racing. There is no visible wear or any issues with durability. These are not barefoot, low ramp style shoes, rather a lightweight racing flat. These shoes were VERY COMFORTABLE - as good as my Asics Noosas or Brooks ST-5 - and FAR CHEAPER! I broke them in on 15 mile runs on the San Antonio Riverwalk and loved them ever since. I like the velcro closure for fast bike-run transitions, the bright red looks great, and the only drawback is no laces for those throw-back races where you have a shoe tag. |
